How do I add a brand new item/fee?
Click on Items/Fees from the home screen or on the tab.
You will see a list of existing items. Use the + button to add a new item.
You will be asked "duplicate" or "blank". If there is a similar item in your list, you can find that and then click +. OD Link will copy the similar item and all you have to do is make applicable changes. Otherwise, choose "blank" to get an entirely new item.
Fill out all fields. Make sure office code field is unique. OD Link will prompt you to enter a unique code. Or if you used the "duplicate" feature, OD Link will insert a unique code for you.
Choose a category if you want to be able to track statistics for this item. If you are adding a lens or a contact lens, see our lessons about adding those types of fees.
