How do I create an EXAM Report?
Exam reports include patient explanations of their diagnosis, pre-written reports that merge EXAM values, summaries of all tests from this or previous exam, or enter selected test results in the report. You can edit the report in a single field, include images, print , save, email the report in a HIPAA compliant password protected pdf file with just a few clicks.
At the bottom of the EXAM window click the diagnosis to create a report for the patient (laymens terms).
You can (1) edit, (2) print, or (3) email
Change, edit or add patient explainations in the bottom left (arrow)
There are several other EXAM reports options. You can also click "create reports" in the RX/Reports tab
You could edit, then (1) Print or (2) Password protect so you could (3) save and or email the report
To include up to 2 attachments click "Include"
If "Email to Associate"
In EXAM, you can also activate a recall letter for the diagnosis as well as the Report (1), then click the add button (2) to create the report as above
If you click 1 to enter MYOPIA then click the "+" to create the report (arrow)
