How do I find, delete, or change a list of appointments?

Delete a list, change values across a list of records, or do a complex find.

To mark out all appointments for the day click "No Doctor"

Be aware that if you have any patients scheduled for the day, the appointments will be deleted and you cannot "undo" the action.  Print your schedule before you use "no doctor" if you would like to keep a record.

Choose "this" to delete just one appointment or "several" to delete the entire day. (this cannot be undone)

Click "cancel" to change your mind or "ok" to complete the no doctor request.

Click on "List Appts" then:

1. Right click the one you want then click "Constrain Found Set"

2. Then click "Delete All"

To change all appointments to the same doctor click the one you want then at the very top RECORDS > Replace Field Contents (ctrl =)

1. Click Find

2. Enter a range of values in any combination of fields. then hit Preform find (1)

3. "Operators" shows many of the complex find options (you can also call us for help with complex finds, or hit f1 with key word "find")
