How do I summarize adjustment data?

Patient adjustments at the bottom of the Transaction window are for patient discounts not for insurance write offs (use "insurance credit" for that). You can summarize adjustment data to make comparisons

2. Click "Preform Find" and scroll to the bottom for totals

Once you show all adjustments in 2010, you may right click (control click on Mac) on ANY field and "Constrain found set".  This is a powerful tool that lets you quickly summarize data and build reports on the fly
