How do I change my prices?
Change prices for Exams, Contact Lenses, Spectacle Lenses
Click ITEMS or FEES (depending on which version of OD Link you have) to find things you bill for
Find the ITEM
For a particular item to work on, search (1) on a key word then press Enter, Tab, or Return. You can search by a name, code, ICD code, category, price, etc.. You can also click on "Show All" (2) to work on entire list or "show by Category" (3) to work on a specific category.
In this case, OD Link searched on and found "acu" items. To change a price, click the "Amount" and change it.
All future entries will show the new price. The list view for Exams or Spectacle Lenses looks similar and prices can be changed the same way.
Please note that for contact lenses and spectacle lenses, do NOT change the "Code" column. You may change just about any other column.
