How do I collect a payment and schedule a call back?

Enter a payment or record a refund.

In the Transaction, Go to the Payments areas (in blue) and click the icon for the form of payment you recieve.

The balance due is shown at the bottom of the screen (green arrow).  Click the form of payment, check, cash or credit (red circle).

Enter the amount collected.  (This example is for a check).  OD Link enters the balance due, change it if needed.  Click Continue.

You have the option to schedule a Call Back for office personnel to call a patient.  Click "Call Back" to schedule it or "No" to skip it.

You can schedule a call back, record a completed call, or find the list of call backs to do.
