How do I find claims submitted by month?
Find claims submitted by month
Open the claims window from the home screen or the Patient or Transaction windows. Click the Claims button.
Open the status tool bar (If it is not already open)
Click on the icon at the bottom of the screen. Looks like a screen with bar at the top. The status bar is usually closed in OD Link but it can be very helpful when searching for information. The tool bar is the grayish bar at the top of the screen (circled in red)
Find mode
In the status tool bar, click find. The screen will blank and you can find on anything you want.
How many claims were submitted per month per insurance company
In Find mode:
1. Type in a month/year (example 12/2013) in the submit date.
2. From the pulldown list, choose an insurance company.
3. In the status tool bar, click perform find.

Total number of claims found is at the top of the window (circled in red)
