How do I separate Eyewear history from Medical history?

Some doctors prefer the eyewear history be part of the medical history and some do not. You may change this setting in PREFERENCES.

Clicking "On" will separate eyewear history into its own tab in the EXAM record.

If eyewear history is separate click the "eyewear" tab to see it.
