How do I use iPad for patient registration?
Patients can enter their registration forms directly into OD Link using an iPad
Click iPad forms in the PATIENT window
Open the patient on the ipad. Then click on "iPad Forms" button. Hand the iPad to the patient. The window will be locked so that the patient can't see other patient records.
Patient clicks through the form using the "Next Button" or the tabs

Prescription
Tabs or sections can be deleted to make the form shorter
Payment
Patient can sign with their finger
