How do I make changes in the exam record and push them into the transaction?
Exam
Make the change then click "Customize Final RX" (bottom right)
Push the change and click "FINALIZE"
This pushes the value to the PATIENT file which is the most current information
Notice that the values in grey are highlighting the differences. So if I click "Diag" it would update the most current diagnosis to "Anisikonia".
Update the transaction
Go to the transaction you want to update and click "update from PATIENT" then "UPDATE".
