Prescription shows in the patient window after the doctor performs an exam using OD Link and finishes that exam.  The prescription in the patient window will always be from the most recent exam where the prescription was updated.

If you have a walk-in patient or for any reason need to enter a prescription for a patient, you can click into the fields and use the pull down choices or simply free-type.

To enter a contact lens prescription, choose the type of contact from the pull down list and then type the prescription right behind it.

To print or email use the print and email icons.  You can print RX #1 or RX #2 or All.

To make the doctor signature show up in prescriptions see instructions below.

Click on Preference

Click on the detail box next to the Doctor.

Drag and drop or copy and paste the doctor's signature into the signature box.
