Patient list view shows "recall due" in pink if overdue (based on "last exam" that is automatically updated in the EXAM file)

Click "Due" to filter by date or doctor.

Recall reason is set by the doctor at the bottom of the EXAM window and includes patients with more serious eye problems that need closer monitoring like diabetes, glaucoma or iritis.

You can flag the patients and check them off (un flag) as you work on them.

You can use the communication tab to document additional correspondance with the patient.

You can edit and send mail merge letters on any topic associated with a recall reason.

You can push common reasons from the diagnosis with the arrow to the left of the diagnosis, or just enter a reason from the drop down list.
