How do I find patients who only got exams or only got materials?
Patient > Find trans date and Exam > 1 (at the bottom)
Go into the patient window. Click on toolbar icon in the bottom left hand corner if the toolbar isn't already up. Click on (1) Find. Then (2) enter the date you would like to look for or a date range. (3) If you enter >1 then you are asking OD Link to find transactions where the patient did not have an exam. Click on "Perform Find" to perform your request.
Make sure the tools are open in the header so you can see the found counts
Flag them in the list view (right side)
Click Trans > List view and Find on the date range and the flag
Find > Same Date > Materials greater than 1 > Requests (very top) > "Constrain Found Set"
Flag those with "EX M"
Enter "EX M" in the "Patient Flag" > Records (very top) > "Replace Field Contents"
Go to the PATIENT list view window and search on each flag to count EXAMS only vs Exam with Materials
To find an exact match use "==" before the find request.
