How do I record a refund on a transaction with a patient credit?

Record a refund on the transaction.

Transaction with a credit for the patient.  Click the refund button "-".

Enter the amount of the refund.  Remember to use a "-" sign.  Click "continue."

The refund is posted on the account and the patient's balance is zero.
