How do I run reports on the fly?

The PATIENT window (one per patient) shows the most recent RX.  The TRANS file (many per patient) shows past RX.  

You may find on contact lenses in the TRANS file and apply the flag to the patient file

Click on the Flag/Mod tab in the transaction window and enter a flat intothe patient flag field.  You may choose anything to put in this field.  Then you want to enter this flag into all the records you have pulled up.  This currently must be done manually by using the "Replace" command (top menu > records > replace field contents)

Click the PATIENT tab > right click (control click on Mac) > Find Matching Records

This will list all patients who have ever worn Avaira.
